East Molokai resident and freedom fighter George Peabody (62) is a candidate for governor of Hawaii.

Peabody's position on issues emphasizes the points he made as a governor candidate in 1998: "Wake up, Voters ! The State of Hawaii is an illegal and criminal organization that we have allowed to become our masters. We are now the Slaves who pay the taxes they extort from us, steel property from us, and regulate us, and imprison us and even kill us, without due process. Government tyranny is stronger than ever and must be terminated before it metastasizes into a larger malignancy than it already is!"

"I am campaigning for the office of governor of Hawaii," Peabody continued, " to be in the most effective position to restrain the bloated fascist government that is now our Overseer. I have no interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, (those are the games for politicians who want to perpetuate their power schemes for personal gain), for I mean to reduce its size and influence over We The People, the true Sovereigns of Hawaii. I intend to revolutionize this administration down to one of the least important factors in our daily lives, not just reform it. If I am governor, the government will be our servant, to protect our rights to life, liberty, property, and self governance from the tyranny of government agencies," he promised.

George Peabody's extensive experience with government agencies has spanned the past 40 years involving civic and legal battles to protect Hawaii from loss of beach accesses, water pollution, loss of farm lands and fishing resources, and he has waged battles against government to prevent government from infringing individuals' rights to chose medical marijuana, grow hemp, build their own homes, abolish property taxes and personal income taxes, and abolish all unconstitutional laws and corporate welfare schemes that have been created by powerful Democrats and Republicans.

George Peabody said he will use the powers of the governor of Hawaii to "strengthen our free market economy in Hawaii and set The People free from tax slavery and tyranny imposed now by the incumbent Fasciststooges Regime which is a conspiracy of the Ol'boy Network of powerful Democrats and Republicans who have enslaved Hawaii residents and ruined Hawaii nei in the past forty years with expansive, intrusive, un-Constitutional, oppressive bureaucracy must be replaced with local people who are committed to restoring the sovereignty of The People. I resolve to use the power of the Executive Office of Governor to restore sovereignty and equality under law to all individuals in Hawaii and defend the Sovereign State of Hawaii from federal tyranny: slash bureaucracy; refuse federal intrusions; end War on Drugs, Stop Fluoridation, JAIL for Judges, and by taking these actions, and more:

1. Defederalize all State operated airports operations and road accesses immediately to re-establish the friendly skies of Hawaii to benefit our economy; and, put the federal government on Notice that their unConstitutional overreaching into the affairs of the Sovereign State of Hawaii will no longer be tolerated.

2. End War on Drugs in Hawaii, pardon and release all non-violent drug offenders, enforce medical marijuana freedom laws and hemp cultivation freedom, and emphasize the role of police to act as Peace Officers and the role of Judges to protect rights of people instead of conspiring to create criminals out of peaceful, free sovereign individuals.

3. Enforce the Bill of Rights, starting with the 2nd Amendment Right to keep and bear arms to protect and prevent government tyranny; emphasizing the sovereignty of individuals over government, and a recognition of the rights of animals.

4. Advocate J.A.I.L. for Judges (end immunity for all judges, and government agents), and, I will nominate for judgships only those qualified by their demonstrated commitment to protect the sovereignty of individuals, and defend the Constitutions of Hawaii and our united States of America.

5. I will remove the fascist state bureaucracy (DBEDT, OCS, HVB, U.H., DOE, DLNR, and myriad of Special Funds), and I will administer the provisions of the Hawaii constitution to eliminate political paternalism, welfare redistributism, economic regulation and planning, and the government control over social affairs.

6. I will propose huge reductions in government expenditures such as:
     a. amendments to the Hawaii constitution to change the bi-Cameral Legislature that meets every year costing Taxpayers millions and creating hundreds of unneeded new laws into a unicameral legislature that meets only once every two years mainly to repeal or sunset existing laws that are unnecessary for executing the core functions of government;
     b. terminate the wasteful and fraudulent Molokai fishpond scams which has cost Taxpayers millions of dollars and caused shoreline environmental damage to state owned and privately owned lands in violation of law;
     c. I will take immediate administrative action to stop the Fascist DOH's plans to fluoridate drinking water which is a waste of money and a blatant violation of the right of The People to access the pure water God provided to us.

7. Hawaii residents should not have to pay state personal income taxes, and all taxes on real property should be repealed and prohibited because land ownership is a right that is paramount to individual sovereignty; and, we should not be forced to pay federal income taxes. The Sixteenth Amendment effectively nationalized people's income and placed them on a government allowance. My administration will call on the federal government to stop trespassing on Hawaiian lands where they have no jurisdiction to enforce anything like income taxes; Hawaii militia will enforce if needed.

8. Work to end Hawaiian Homes Commission and award land grants to qualified native Hawaiians in fee simple to support their individual sovereignty.

9. Privatize schools and airports and harbors; sunset state mandated auto insurance and auto safety inspections; abolish business licenses and registration fees.

10. As governor it is NOT my job to govern The People, but to govern the actions of the bureaucracy authorized by The People to protect their rights. Peabody also went on the attack against Republican candidate Linda Lingle's record for the same reasons he attacked her candidacy in 1998: "Lingle's record shows she is devious, vindictive, and dishonest; Lingle ripped off Maui County when she was Mayor, and did not repay 80 thousands of dollars she illegally took to hire her husband William Crockett to defend her instead of using Corporation Counsel services as provided by law; she enacted racist real property taxation policies in Maui County; promoted dumping sewage waste onto school grounds, and she wants lots of government employees for her to control and rule over The People who are slaves of taxation."

In 1998 Lingle dodged debating Peabody on TV. " In 2006, I hope The People will demand public debates on TV with all the candidates for governor this time!" admonished Peabody

1. I will govern Hawaii as no other elected governor has ever done: I will uphold and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the laws made accordingly in order to protect the unalienable rights of everyone in Hawaii to Life, Liberty, and Property. Just say no to the feds!

2. Hawaii's biggest problem is the cost of government and the subsequent enslavement of The People through taxation and federal intrusions, exacerbated by colusion by of State officials with feds to get grant money, all of which has led to a hostile business environment. I will use Executive authority to cut and slash bureacracy to restore a free market economy for peace and prosperity.

3. Public Schools should be operated by private entities, not by government bureaucracy so I will Kamehameha Schools and HSTA to do that job for which they are trained and dedicated.

4. Diversified economy will evolve by cutting government regulated monolopy on professional trades and businesses and services, and eliminate taxes for such businesses, and eliminate personal income taxes for self employeed people, and prevent federal intrusion into local businesses. End war on drugs.

5. Yes, Hawaii has earned a reputation for being hostile toward business. I would correct this problem by administratively cutting back on the huge bureaucracy that causes this problem, and thus be able to eleminate taxes on business just for doing business in Hawaii.

1. I support Privatization. Business is not any of the government's business.
     a. Implemented by executive Order to slash and eliminate all NON ESSENTIAL government agencies, and programs so free market can offer such services if needed and wanted.
     b. I support civil service reform, by slashing size of state work forces by same as above.

2. I support non-stop international flights into Kahului, and all State Airports, and all airport improvements and runways, upgrading harbor facilities, reform PSA, County control of highways, and finding non-government solutions to all the problems associated with these issues.

3. I support Home Rule for counties, by eliminating State overreaching, cutting services and controls by the State, slashing state workforces and spending by proper administration of state bureaucracy. I support individual county collective bargining, however, the County must cut back on government services to avoid being a monoply like the State is now. Let private industry solve Maui's problems. I support beach liability reform; individuals must accept responsibility for their presence on beaches and the actions they decide to take without liability for State or County taxpayers. I do NOT support the State LUC, State Water Board, and State Licensing Boards. Cut them OUT !

4. Regarding TAT, I say the State should not be taking any TAT from Counties.
     NO, no Taxpayer dollars extorted from Taxpayers for tourism. Voluntary donations only. REMEMBER: business is not the kuleana of government, which should be protecting our rights to Life, Liberty, and Property....PERIOD ! Yes, I support elimination of GET on food and medicine. And end the War on Drugs! I recommend balancing State Budget by SLASHING cost and size of state government, ending War on Drugs and releasing non-violent drug offenders, reuinite families to increase productivity and save Taxpayers hundreds of millions for jailing these non-criminals, privatize DOE which is 50% of state budget and put into County control, end Personal Income Tax in Hawaii, and Prohibit I.R.S. feds acting in jurisdiction of the State of Hawaii, Enforce all of the Bill of Rights including the 2nd Am right to keep and bear arms against the tyranny of government and foreign envasion and terrorism, Stop the federal control of security at state airports and re-establish the Friendly Skies of Aloha! Tax credits for everything private entities do that replace government serivces!

5. I support DECENTRALISED and PRIVATE management of all medical care facilities. Indigent and emergency services, likewise are delt with by PRIVATE FREE MARKET not government!.

6. I support FREE MARKET medical insurance.

7. Improve EDUCATION with FREEDOM in the marketplace, 100%. The HSTA teachers and others can offer their expertise and services to the public and they can no longer complain of hard time dealings with State Government. I support Charter Schools and total privatization of education. The HSTA and Kamemeha Schools and Punahou and other private schools services can expand and include all children who want an education. NO GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS !

8. I OPPOSE government mandated benefits for private sector. I want to improve business climate for small business in Hawaii by ENDING TAX SLAVERY and the FASCIST state bureaucracy. I see all possibilities for economic expansion in the State of Hawaii being initiated by the private sector FREE MARKET........that is PONO! with population and environment and economy. Ending Tax Slavery will make the most effective economic stimilus in Hawaii. Lets DO IT !

9. Agriculture in Hawaii must be determined by the FREE MARKET, private industry ABSENT all the STATE FASCISM bureaucracy and TAXATION SLAVERY.

10. I have NO intention to streamline or make State Government more efficient, for I mean to reduce the size and cost and powers of government so that the sovereign individuals of Hawaii, that is all of you and us, We The People, We the Militia of Hawaii, are masters of the government so that we are no longer working for the government, we are FREE and living in peace and prosperity in Paradise.
