HERE IS MY REPLY SET TO YOUR Honolulu Weekly candidate QUESTIONNAIRE.

RADIO asks........Candidate Questionnaire from George Peabody [R] candidate for Governor for radio http://www.HawaiigovernorGeorgePeabody.com

What is one thing (i.e. a hidden talent, an accomplishment, a hobby, etc.) that most voters do not know about you?

Since I am always fighting corruption in government, confronting bureaucrats, police, judges, legislators, governors, feds DEA, AFT, IRS with their treasonous actions for which they will someday be punished if the People of Hawaii [militia] persist in demanding justice, and I publish it all in the Molokai Advertiser-News, the longest lived ever Molokai newspaper since 1984, most voters probably do not know that I am, given the chance, really a lover, not a fighter.

What issues are most important to you? If elected, how would you address these issues?

If you chose republican George Peabody to govern this Hawaii government, then by various executive orders, George Peabody will establish a Bill of Rights culture of sovereignty in Hawaii:
1. transparent open government that is servant to the People.
2 establish a Crime in Government commission to expose and prosecute judges, cops, politicians most of whom are criminals: JAIL for Judges et al!
3. end the war on drugs in Hawaii; pardon non-violent offenders, save taxpayers millions, make room in jails for real criminals!
4. ban the federal IRS, DEA, ATF, Homeland Security feds from Hawaii , enforce the Bill of Rights right to keep and bear arms.
5. stop military ops in Makua Valley and bring the troops home
6. end corporate welfare for tourism, which causes homelessness, and environmental and cultural depletion, huring our aina; restore water to natural streams for taro farmers not condos.
7. reduce size of government and taxes on homes, food, medicine
8. advocate reforms in educational system: Kam School run it all.
9. promote personal independence and sovereignty: i.e., republican self government as mandated by our Consitution for the United States of America.
10 Declare Piialii taro poi the official state food. Umm, ono!

Please summarize what you hope to accomplish if elected. Whatís the first thing youíd do?

What can we do in the next five years to reduce our oil consumption? Are you in favor of alternate energy sources, such as wind or wave power? Which ones and why?

REPLY: Cut back on tourism which uses massive amounts of oil generated power, tour buses, air conditioning power; get rid of your extra car; ride bicycles much much more; drive e-vehicles charged with solar power; walk a lot more; stay home more; reduce size of government to cut massive amounts of electric power uses for lights, air conditioning, vehicle fuel consumption and institute mass bus transit for government employees to go to work; establish bicycle and slow e-vehicle lanes on existing roads separated from motor vehicles by sturdy concrete barriers like zipper lane but permanent; increase tax credits for solar power installations on homes and business. Next governor George Peabody has some experience in alternative energy as an installer of propane water heaters and photovoltaic solar electric power and solar water heaters and hydro electric systems . Windmills are good in windy places, and steam flows restored would be effective for a few people like taro farmers generating hydro electric power. The key to success with alternative energy systems is CONSERVATION, locations, and DESENTRALIZATION [less consentration of people, as in rural life style, pono with nature, aloha aina, as it is in Hawaii nei.]

Is it really possible to "build" ourselves a traffic solution? More roads? Trains? Trolleys? Anything? They've been studying mass transit since before I arrived here in 1968 and nothing has changed. Will anything get people out of their cars?

REPLY: obviously Oahu is too crowded causing traffic james. Governor George Peabody is opposed to the proposed rail transit boondoggle Lingle supports, and the environmental hazard posed by the SuperFerry Lingle supports. I support real safe bike roads and slow electric roads that can be created by taking away a lane or two from existing automobile roads, and installing concrete separation median from fast moving autos. Tax incentives for bikers and e-car drivers. No new roads. People must change their transportation habits because we are past saturation and highway design limits at peak hours, most of the day really. People will get out of their cars is there was a really safe alternative PERSONAL transportatiion system for bicycles, slow e-cars; with bus mass transit for automobile roads; and of course higher fuel prices will continue to cut amount of driving.

Is public education in Hawaii broken? Can it be fixed?

REPLY: Governor to be George Peabody wants to make it clear that it is government schools that are failing students, not private schools. That said, history tells the rest: when have government schools in general been anything more that marginally successful? Never. Because centeralized DOE and mandated federal curricula take away the spirit of teachers teaching inquiring minds and replaces it with the PoliceState mentality and values, producing students who just want to get out of school and be free asap. NCLB results in MOST children left behind, or boosted ahead into oblivion. Hawaii needs freedom in education, no mandatory attendance, it is a privelege to be educated, and you pay for it as you go directly to the teachers like any business. An interim solution would be to let Kamehameha schools run the state educational system accepting ALL students without regard to race. They do a good job otherwise, like private Punahou and others. Teach RRR, and the Bill of Rights and Constitution so they know they are sovereign self governing and responsible for themselves after sixteen years of age. Youth are motivated when they know they are approaching independence and individual sovereignty in our republican society where everyone is equal under the law, and they know they must stand on their own, they get standing and respect for it....that's motivation to learn skills for life.

Do you have anything else you would like to say to our listeners?

Mahalos: Ladies and gentlemen, the makaainana of Hawaii. There is hope for our future if we are free and sovereign in relation to our servant government because we are God's children blessed with inalienable rights that our servant government is not allowed to violate, and we are all equal under the law in republican form. But attornies have corrupted our government and we are now slaves to taxation and Lingle's Police State. It will take a revolutionary leader to make the needed changes in Hawaii State government administration: I am that leader, George Peabody, ready to serve, and command honesty, openness of government, and accountability by all public servants so that the People are free as possible and sovereign so we can once again say Hawaii Mo Betta!

We can dump Lingle if you vote Septemember 23, Republican Primary, for George Peabody.

Me ke aloha pumehana, I am George Peabody
