LINGLE ADMINISTRATION Should be DISQUALIFIED FROM RE-ELECTION: AIONA VIOLATES SEPARATION OF POWERSIt is my understanding that "Officers of the Court," in the Judicial Branch, are unconstitutionally in 2 branches of government AT THE SAME TIME whenever they are hired or elected to the executive or legislative branches. This is a violation of the separation of powers, checks and balances, and the conflict of interest laws. It is a fact here in Hawaii, e.g., Lingle/Aiona lieutenant governor is judge and attorney, and I want to stop it now with a Complaint and Judgement Declaration before the election in Sept, and have them disqualified from re-election. This also applies to attornies sitting in the state Legislature 30%.I also believe the Constitution for the United States of America GUARANTEES to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN FORM of government. Any other form of government is FORBIDDEN. No public office or branch of government can be limited to execution by a RULING CLASS of any kind, or the states become ARISTOCRACIES and NOT republics. Attornies have made themselves the exclusive holders of many public offices and branches of government. All other people are limited to only two branches of government and to only certain offices in those two branches of government, making all people who are not attornies into 2nd class subject citizens. Because of attornies, Hawaii State government has become AN ILLEGAL & CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE; Violates Article 2, Section 1, Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution. There is NO POWER or AUTHORITY for joining of Legislative, Judicial, or Executive within a state as the BAR is attempting. BAR members have invaded all branches of government in Hawaii and are attempting to control de jure government [if we have any here at all] as agents of a foreign entity. It is quite simple to see that a great fraud and conspiracy has been perpetrated on the people of Hawaii, except that most people are blind, deaf, and don't want to know. This situation really sucks. I am looking at how to file formal Complaint against Lingle/Ainoa, and attorney legislators as a class with the United States Court and with the Election Commission, asap, before the Primary, to have them disqualified. If that happens, we might have a chance to restore a Constitutionally limited republican form of government in Hawaii where the People are Sovereign, and the government is servant. |
