No Law Mandates You Into Social Security

There is no law requiring citizens to "apply" for Social Security Numbers [making participation mandatory], and be participants in the Social Welfare program as it is completely unconstitutional - as the premise behind, and mechanism used to fund Social Security operations violates the 5th Amendment in the Bill of Rights. This is why a citizen must apply for a number, otherwise they would just stamp a number on your forehead as you left the birth canal if it were mandatory. The 4th Amendment of citizens is waived when a person applies and uses a number. Now 4th Amendment protections can be grossly violated without a person even knowing it.

The enumerator is evolving into an identifier. When the evolution is complete no one will be able to 'buy or sell', 'travel or transport' unless numbered and tagged. If the terrorism stops perhaps it won't come to drastic measures such as this, but what are the chances of that actually happening? Hello citizen. Are you a terrorist?

"All we have to do now is inform the public that the payment of Social Security taxes is voluntary and watch the mass exodus." - Walter E. Williams, John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, January 24, 1996. "When you pay social security taxes, you are in no way making provision for your own retirement. You are paying the pensions of those who are already retired. Once you understand this, you see that whether you will get the benefits you are counting on when you retire depends on whether Congress will levy enough taxes, borrow enough, or print enough money...". - W. Allen Wallis, former Chairman of the 1975 Advisory Council on Social Security, May 27, 1976. "There is no prospect that today's younger workers will receive all the Social Security and Medicare benefits currently promised them." - Dorcas Hardy, former Social Security Commissioner and author of "Social Insecurity", quoted in the December 1995 Reader's Digest. "Fear is the key element for the IRS in achieving its mission. Without fear, the IRS would have a difficult time maintaining our so-called system of voluntary compliance...". "Given the opportunity, the IRS will take the easy way out and grab whatever it can... the IRS does not really care about you and what your future... may be". - Santo Presti, former IRS Criminal Investigation Agent and author of "IRS in Action".

Note: The treasonous actions of politicians is not in the best interest of the American People. The Public Servants are breaching their sworn duty to the People. The legal vortex is not serving the People. It is time for the People to rise up in rightous indignation and scream bloodymurder for justce and be heard in the land.
